Week 7 and 8

Last Week and Last Day.. :(

For week 7 and 8 i get the task in credit and collection site. In this site i should be use the telephones or warning letter to reach out to customer as they pertain to payment of outstanding that are have. For this task i should be call the borrower that are have higher balance of their loan. If they are did not come to the office to discuss with the district officer about the loan and explain about their problem and if they are did not come to explain about the balance of their payment, the credit and collections site will post the warning letter for them and if they are disclaim their name will be selected for blacklist. The assistant of MARA assistant district officer walk off to do the follow with me and the other practical student. For the last day i feel proud do the summer placement at here because many things that i have learn,not just about work but about the staff attitude and the organization behavioral.

For week 5 and 6

For week 5 and 6 the assistant district officer and the administrative assistant give me the task to do customer service site. At the customer service site i should provide information to customers by verifying understanding of request,answering question, and offering assistance. For the week five and six more of the using that are get straight A's in UPSR and PMR that will get offer from MRSM(Maktab Rendah Sains MARA) and at the MARA counter all of them will come to get some advice from us about the MRSM procedure and pay the registration fee before register at the school. Many of the customer come to the MARA to settle the fee and get the advice.Some of the come to get the advice about the loan and about the procedure to get loan. More of the loaner should have the business place,should register at Companies Commission of Malaysia(SSM) more than 6 month, and they are also should have a guarantor before do their business loan. They are also can't be one of the blacklist customer from MARA.That is the procedure of MARA.

At week 5 and 6 i'm busy with the registration MRSM student give their advice and get the registration fee.

Week 3 and 4

In the third and fourth week of first month the assistant officer arranged the other work that is bill and account collector. i should receive the payment and record all the payments information using MARA Database System(SMBM).

The system that i use to check the BORROWER status and to receive payment .

The system that i use have 5 type of system that is RP6 system that is use by the officer and assistant officer after the are doing their follow up with the borrower, then the enquiry system that are use to check all the loaner like the study loan,business loan,contract loan and the tenant of MARA assets The next is the SPPO system that are to achieve the payment then the resit will be print automatically from the data of the system. The next is PENGUATKUASAAN, the system are using by the enforcement officer to follow up MARA borrower that are get the warrant form MARA. The warrant will be given to the borrower that are did not pay their loan more than 6 month and their name will be balcklist by MARA. I should use the system to do the directory of all the loaner. The using of the SMBM are detail because all the data that have been keep in the system are usually direct to the host system .

After the payment receive the data should be collected manually even it has it automatically data update in system,this is as a backup data.

Week 1 and 2

For the first month of internship, the assistant officer give the task in administrator for two week i have doing my task in administrator site. Firstly i should answering the phone and give the customer some information if the question are related to the company.

This is one of the information that i should know to answer the customer question...

The second is typing, i should do the typing esspecially for the first month many of loan are accept from client and the company were pass the loan to proceed with the MARA borrower,many of loan come from the contractor that are get the project from SPNB(Suruhanjaya Perumahan Negara Berhad) and call the borrower to sign up the loan procedure. We should to the many of loan in the two weeks because the contractor should get their loan earlier to proceed their project. Then i should do the filing work to update the file especially for the loaner that are did not pay their loan. The aim of filing is easily to follow the MARA borrower from month to month.
